Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This policy covers the website at zerotoshipped.com and buying Zero To Shipped. Questions? Email hi@kitze.io.
1. Who we are
Zero To Shipped is made by George Kitanov (“Kitze”), a sole proprietor based in Skopje, North Macedonia. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Kitze. Privacy contact: hi@kitze.io.
2. Buying Zero To Shipped
- Payment. Checkout is handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar collects your name, email, country, billing address and payment details, and handles taxes and invoices. We never see your full card number. We receive your name, email and order details. Earlier purchases were processed by Lemon Squeezy.
- Pricing by country. To apply regional pricing, we read the country our host (Cloudflare) derives from your IP address. We do not store your IP address for this.
- Checkout metadata. We attach your anonymous analytics ID, campaign parameters (UTM tags) and any affiliate referral code to the checkout, so we can tell which pages and links lead to purchases.
- Access delivery. After payment, Perkz (perkz.to) emails you an access link. To get access to the private GitHub repository, you sign in with GitHub, and your GitHub username is used to send the repository invitation.
- Purchase records. We record the purchase in our analytics (with your email and name) and add your email and first name to our lifecycle email tool so we can send you onboarding and product emails. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time from the link in any email.
3. The website
- Analytics. We use a self-hosted PostHog instance at
posthog.server.kitze.iofor page views, clicks, heatmaps, error reports and session recordings. Session recordings mask form inputs. PostHog receives your IP address and the approximate location derived from it. PostHog sets a first-party cookie and useslocalStorageto connect visits. We keep campaign parameters (UTM tags) inlocalStorage. If you arrive from another Kitze app, we record that referral in the same PostHog instance. - Affiliate links. If you arrive through an affiliate link, a first-party cookie and
localStorageentry (60 days) remember the referral code so the affiliate gets credit if you buy. Our affiliate program runs on Affonso, which may set its ownaffonso_referralcookie. - Ad pixels. When we run ad campaigns, the site may load pixels from Meta, X, Google Ads or Reddit to measure page views and purchases. These services can set their own cookies under their own policies. For purchases, we may send Meta a SHA-256 hash of your email, never the email itself.
- Free tools. The calculators and generators under /tools run in your browser. We do not store what you type into them.
- Third-party content. Some avatar images load from
api.dicebear.com, which receives your IP address like any web request. - Hosting logs. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses, user agents and request paths for delivery and security.
